Our properties are set in unique and stunning positions over Northland in unspoilt locations including Houhora, Ahipara, Hihi Beach, Tokerau Beach, Whangaroa, Matauri Bay, Bay of Islands, Whangarei, Whangarei Heads and the Tutukaka Coast. On the Tutukaka Coast we have properties in Ngunguru, Tutukaka and Matapouri awaiting you near gorgeous beaches : Wellington’s Bay, Matapouri Bay, Whale Bay, Wooley’s Bay and Sandy Bay just to name a few.

Cancellation Policy:

1. By booking your accommodation and paying the deposit you agree to
the rental terms provided to you.

2. A 50% deposit is required to secure your stay which gives you
confirmation of your booking upon receipt of the deposit.

3. The remaining balance is due within 30 days of arrival.

4. All payments are non-refundable but may be released at the
discretion of Coastal Holiday Homes where the property is able to be re-let
for the dates of the cancelled booking.

5. Where a property subject to a cancelled booking is re-let, Coastal
Holiday Homes will refund the deposit less an administration fee of $100.00
+ GST.
