We specialise in holiday accommodation and property management services in Northland for short term and longer term holiday rentals for those looking to stay for an extended period of time. We also accept longer term bookings from professional companies and have an events policy for Wedding ceremonies and receptions at some of our properties.

We can offer you a great selection of self-catering accommodation suitable for couples, families and small groups, including holiday homes, beach baches, retreats, cottages, luxurious beachfront homes, apartments, romantic hideaways and private getaways and inner city stays. These popular destinations are all a handy travelling distance from Auckland.

Our properties are set in unique locations over Northland in unspoilt positions including Whangarei Heads, Whangarei City, Bream Bay, Kerikeri, Houhora, Tokerau Beach, Bay of Islands and the popular Tutukaka Coast. On the Tutukaka Coast we have properties in Ngunguru, Tutukaka and Matapouri, Wellington’s Bay and Sandy Bay.

All of our homes are professionally cleaned and maintained to a high standard and in most cases full linen and towels are supplied with many being pet friendly. For Property Management Services we provide all aspects of property management which delivers to holiday home owners a complete service, maximising rental returns, relieving owners of the ongoing pressures of managing their own holiday property.

Cancellation Policy:

All deposits are non-refundable.
No refunds are paid if you fail to turn up or decide to leave early.
No refunds are paid if you book for a specified amount of people and you change the structure of this to lessen the amount eg; booked for 6 persons - only 4 persons staying.
The deposit is non-refundable but may be released at the discretion of Coastal Holiday Homes whereby the property is able to be re-let for the dates of the cancelled booking.
Where a property subject to a cancelled booking is re-let, Coastal Holiday Homes will refund the deposit less an administration fee of $250 + GST.
Should cancellation of the booking occur after a deposit is paid, where the balance is outstanding within 30 days or the guest’s arrival, the rental guest will be liable for the full balance of funds due for the tenancy.
Where a property subject to a cancelled booking is paid in full and is able to be re-let for the same dates, Coastal Holiday Homes will refund the full payment less an administration fee of $250 + GST. If the property is unable to be re-let for the same dates, then it will be at the discretion of Coastal Holiday Homes to release any monies held.
Amendments to a confirmed booking requested by the rental guest e.g change of dates to a booking, will be at the sole discretion of Coastal Holiday Homes and will be subject to an Amendment Fee of $50 + GST at each given time. This additional payment will be taken from the credit card provided prior to your stay.
