High Peak is a top quality holiday home that is suitable for couples, families and quiet groups of adults. High Peak sits on 1.5 acres of private north facing native bush above Dolphin Bay on the fabulous Tutukaka Coast. With truly spectacular views across the Bay and out to the Poor Knights Islands it is the ideal base for anyone wanting to explore all that the Coast has to offer. Whether you want to sit back and take in the view, native birdlife and privacy of High Peak or get out and about to some of the country’s best beaches, fishing, snorkelling or diving spots, this is the place to be. Tutukaka Marina with its restaurants, charter boats and local store is only a five minute drive away and it’s only a few minutes walk from the house down to Dolphin Bay. High Peak is modern, spacious and very well appointed. It has three bedrooms (2 x queen and 1 x 2 singles or 1 king) plus a loft with 2 single beds which doubles as an extra lounge area (great for older children or teens). There are 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and bed linen and bath towels are provided. High Peak has full kitchen and laundry facilities, large open plan living spaces with great flow to decks and a flat lawn area. There is a large flat screen HD TV with Sky and DVDs, a second TV in the loft (plays DVDs only) and a stereo with i-Pod docking station. There is a barbeque and outdoor tables and chairs. There is plenty of car parking and space to park a boat. There are several boat ramps nearby.
