Room one has a double bed, access to room two is through the main double bedroom, it has two single beds. Downstairs, both rooms have two single beds each, the one adjacent to the lounge kitchen has a sliding partition door. There is also two single beds off the bathroom. Large lawn, perfect for children to play on. The special thing about this property is the direct access to one of the most sought after white sandy beaches in Northland and you may even get to see the playful dolphins that parade the bay. There is so much to do nearby - surfing at some of the coast's beautiful surf beaches, kayaking in the bay or Ngunguru estuary, diving at Poor Knights, fishing in the game-fishing capital of NZ......... or simply sit on the beach in front of the house and enjoy the view. Restaurants, shops and bars are a short distance away at Tutukaka and Ngunguru or further a field in Whangarei City.
